• Rates are nett and non-commissionable based in United States Dollar (USD)
• All rates are based on the lowest category of room inclusive of breakfast.
• Excluded of Bank Transfer / Credit Card charges
• Rates are not valid during super peak dates (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Holy Week, Festivals and other special event) and surcharges will apply
• Surcharges may apply if less than the required minimum number of persons
• Rates and rooms availability are subject to change without prior notice
• Rates are valid for Philippine Passport holders. Eligible Foreign Passport holders may be subject to surcharges
• Itinerary timings & activities may change due to local weather conditions or any other unavoidable circumstances
• Any changes made in the itinerary (i.e. flight schedule, ancillary products, etc.) are no longer permitted or may subject to additional charges and penalties
• CHILD POLICY: 0-2 y/o is FOC | Child with a bed is considered an adult rate. Subject to change depends on the destination and hotel properties.
• STANDARD CHECK IN/OUT: Most of the hotels worldwide Standard Check in is 1400H | Standard Check out: 1200H (not unless specified upon confirmation of the service). Early check-in and Late check-out will incur additional charges and are subject to room availability.
• CANCELLATION AND CHARGES: There will be provided details about cancellation prior to the confirmation of your bookings and reservations. To avoid cancellation or amendment penalties, such confirmed travel should be cancelled or amended prior to the date and time specified upon confirmation. Any cancelled or amended confirmed services after the given cancellations and amendments deadline and/or before the check-in date will be automatically invoiced and the amount is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REBOOKABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

• In case of Force Majeure, Shroff Travel will not be held liable to any surcharges/penalties imposed by the Airlines, Hotel/Resort and other suppliers. We can assist to request for a refund, however, it is subject to Airlines / Local Operators / Hotels and other Third Party Service Provider’s Discretion.
• NO SHOW: In case of failure to show on the given Travel Date and at the time of the reservation made without providing a prior notice or failing to notify SHROFF TRAVEL the reasons for such delay in writing or by phone, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled and forfeited. Full amount is NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REBOOKABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE in accordance with the agreed terms of reservation.
