Fill out and print the Visa Application Form on A4-size paper.
Submit all complete requirements to Travel Port Travel & Tours and settle the visa processing fee and visa fee.
Your application will be lodged, and results will be collected on your behalf.
Visa results are typically released after a minimum of 15 working days (processing time may vary).

General Requirements

Duly accomplished non-immigrant visa electronic application (DS-160) Draft Form
Two 2×2 Colored Pictures taken within the last 6 Months (white background)
Scanned copy of full biodata page of the passport (6 months valid)
Original personal bank certificate (must include account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average daily balance)

Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, landline numbers, and e-mail address)
